Defend Wood Turtles from a Dangerous Oil Pipeline

A black and orange-speckled wood turtle foraging near a stream.

The Line 5 crude oil pipeline runs through crucial wood turtle wetland habitat and the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa’s reservation. Carrying up to 23 million gallons of oil a day, the pipeline threatens the wood turtle, the Tribal sovereignty, health and safety of the Bad River Band, and the drinking water of 40 million people if it spills into the Great Lakes.

Join the movement to defend wood turtles and people from the environmental threats posed by this dangerous oil pipeline.

Tell the Federal Government to protect at-risk wildlife and drinking water by shutting down the Line 5 oil pipeline.
