Urge Congress: Say YES to Wildlife, Vote NO on Irresponsible Legislation

Current legislation being considered by the U.S. House of Representatives contains sweeping proposals to drastically cut back, diminish—or in some cases, fully eliminate—federal laws and programs that prevent harmful projects and development from destroying or polluting habitats. If passed, millions of acres of our public lands and waters could be sold off, disposed of, or devastated by oil, gas, and mining operations. And limits on the release of toxic, climate-harming gasses and chemicals into our air, lands, and waters will be lifted.

Please reject this irresponsible legislation that will accelerate climate impacts on people and wildlife while driving up energy costs and taxes for people like me, dangerously allow harmful industrial projects to circumvent environmental reviews, and sacrifice our public lands for misguided, short-term gains.
