Tell Congress: Don’t Cut Help for Native Bees and Birds

Native bees and birds across America are imperiled due to factors such as pesticides, the changing climate, and habitat loss and degradation.

But federal programs devoted to providing the necessary science and support to safeguard and conserve our native bees and birds are on the chopping block. The Department of the Interior’s Native Bee Inventory and Monitoring Lab and Breeding Bird Survey, among other similar programs, could be eliminated as soon as this week. Please send a message today urging your members of Congress to step up and save these programs that are essential for saving native bees and birds all across our country.
