Defend Clean Energy Funding for Pika

A pika carries leafy plants in its mouth

The American pika are tough little critters that have adapted to survive in the harsh cold rocky terrain of the western mountains. But with climate change causing temperatures everywhere to increase, pika are at risk of overheating and dying if exposed to hot temperatures.

In recent years Congress passed historic legislation that fights climate change through investments in resilience, environmental justice, conservation, clean manufacturing, and more. The bill also includes clean energy tax credits that have created jobs and lowered energy costs while making our air and water cleaner and reducing climate-altering pollution. But these funds are now at risk of being eliminated by Congress.

Tell your Members of Congress to protect vital clean energy tax credits to create jobs, build a clean energy future, and fight the climate crisis.
