America’s endangered orcas are in severe decline—and the remaining 76 individuals need urgent help to recover.
Key populations of Chinook salmon, the primary food source for these orcas, are near extinction. This has prompted unprecedented fishing closures upstream. A focused effort by Pacific Northwest elected leaders is needed to help both species recover.
Thank you for taking a few moments of your time to speak out for the restoration of lower Snake River habitat that will be key to help save both endangered orcas and the wild salmon they depend upon for survival. Your message will be delivered to Pacific Northwest governors and federal elected officials.
