There are now fewer than 80 orcas living off our Pacific Northwest coast. America’s most famous resident orcas are in crisis, and we need immediate action to save them from extinction.
The science is clear—these orcas are under threat from all sides:
-They’re in danger of starving because their primary food source, Chinook salmon, is incredibly vulnerable. -The noise pollution and commotion of boat traffic disrupts their hunts and impedes their ability to communicate. -Toxic contaminants are building up in their body fat, and the threat from more toxic pollution from offshore oil and gas drilling is looming.
Will you take 60 seconds to pledge your support to prevent the extinction of America’s orcas?
