Take Action for Great Blue Herons and Clean Water

The Environmental Protection Agency has just released a proposal that would effectively gut America’s primary law protecting us against dirty, polluted water and aquatic habitat destruction. This is just one part of a decades-long effort to weaken important aspects of the Clean Water Act, by revoking protections for most streams and nearly all freshwater wetlands.

The proposal will particularly benefit polluting industries such as data centers—which will now be able to quickly build massive structures on top of streams and wetlands, without even pulling a permit.
